There are some very nice reports on MOGS customer support service and each time I have talked to them I had the same experience.

AOC Gold Prices - Prices differ from server to server: 10 Gold costs from 8.48$ to 9.42$ on Mogs, while 30 Gold goes from 23.9$ to 26.55$. Prices are a bit high but at least you can get low quantities such as 10 Gold there.

AOC Gold Delivery - They have a time estimate for each AOC server. They also specify that "orders on some servers may take up to 48 hours to fill regardless of the estimated time listed above".
